Hey there! Unfortunately there isn't a way to save your game if your mid-way through so you have to play it all in one sitting. (should only take 20 minutes to an hour).
However at the end of the game it automatically saves the endings you have unlocked to your browser so that you can come back and unlock the other endings.
Hope this helps.

Edit: As of the latest update I have now added the ability to save. Just press P whenever your in a segment where you can control the character and you are able to save and quit!
